Donor Dialogue Partners with Suncoast Communities Blood Bank for Implementation of Donor Relationship Management System, DRM Touch

Suncoast Communities Blood Bank chooses Donor Dialogue’s DRM Touch to recruit, retain and build one-on-one relationships with their donors throughout the donor recruitment life cycle

AUBURN HILLS, MI, March 26, 2010 — Donor Dialogue, a blood donor recruitment partner, has licensed its blood donor management software (DRM Touch) to Suncoast Communities Blood Bank of Sarasota, Florida. The DRM Touch system offers personalized, yet systematic communication to assist blood collection facilities in reaching their collection goals, while lowering marketing and recruitment costs.

Suncoast Communities Blood Bank was looking for a user friendly system to recruit more blood donors, report better data and effectively manage donor lists. Brenda Szych, Recruitment & Retention Manager of Suncoast Communities Blood Bank states, “DRM Touch provided the detailed information that we needed and the reports that we were looking for in a user friendly system. Donor Dialogue stood out from the competitor products for being the most competitive in price and relevant to the needs of our blood center. We have already seen a 7% increase in donors since implementing DRM Touch.”

“Suncoast Communities Blood Bank is a great example of a community blood center utilizing leading edge software and practices to drive more efficiencies into their donor recruiting processes” states Doug Emig, President of Donor Dialogue. “We could not be more impressed with their willingness and ability to adapt to this new technology in record time”.
