AUBURN HILLS, Mich., November 14, 2012 — Donor Dialogue, a division of Dialogue Marketing and provider of products and services that assist blood and plasma collection facilities in reaching their operational and recruitment goals while driving down the donor acquisition cost, is pleased to announce that Rode Kruis–Vlaanderen (Belgian Red Cross-Flanders) has gone live on our CRM solution, DRM Touch.
Wilfried Vantyghem, Chief Operations Officer, Belgian Red Cross-Flanders originally stated when they selected DRM Touch that "Our strict medical controls guarantee the quality and safety of the blood supply. To support these goals, we selected DRM Touch, because of Donor Dialogue's ability to customize and translate portions of its system to French and Dutch to meet our needs. Our decision was made even simpler due to the company's quick response when we began our initial search for providers through America's Blood Centers. We have high expectations for DRM Touch and are confident we made the right choice." Now that they are live on DRM Touch Mr. Vantyghem explained that "after many months of working closely with Donor Dialogue to define and implement our unique requirements, our high expectations were indeed met and we are extremely pleased to be using DRM Touch in our daily production operations".
Douglas Emig, president of Donor Dialogue stated "This was one of the most extensive implementations we have done with the new DRM Touch 2.0 platform and we could not be more pleased with the results. We not only translated DRM Touch to Dutch and French but we added a number of valuable new features requested by the Belgium Red Cross-Flanders that will also prove to be relevant to our existing customers." Doug went on to say that the success of the project "was a direct result of the talent and commitment shown by the entire Belgium Red Cross-Flanders implementation team." "We truly could not have done this without their support, guidance and patience" explained Mr. Emig.
Pat Bezjak, vice president of business development for Donor Dialogue noted that "the success of the implementation was consistent with the thoroughness that Belgian Red Cross-Flanders demonstrated in the selection and procurement process". "I was confident that Mr. Vantyghem and his entire organization were dedicated to the success of this project from day one" explained Mrs. Bezjak.
