AUBURN HILLS, Mich., Jan. 18, 2012– Donor Dialogue, a division of Dialogue Marketing and provider of products and services to help hospital blood programs and blood centers be more efficient, productive and profitable, announced the addition of three new board members to its Customer Advisory Board (CAB). CAB is a team of highly motivated customers who work with the Donor Dialogue development team to integrate innovative features and functions to meet the ever-changing demands of blood centers and hospitals.
Joining CAB are:
- Ken Hall, director of information and technology of Newark, Del.-based Delmarva
- Gail Kopeschka, call center manager of Denver, Colo.-based Bonfills
- Eric Langevin, assistant division director of Cincinnati, Ohio-based Hoxworth
Current CAB members returning to the board are Mark Rebosa, senior manager of market research and analysis at New York Blood Center, and Anna Williams, business analyst for New Zealand Blood Services.
