ST. LOUIS, May 16, 2012 — Donor Dialogue, a division of Dialogue Marketing, Inc. and provider of products and services to help hospital blood programs and blood centers be more efficient, productive and profitable, today announced at the 2012 ADRP Annual Conference its latest mobile scheduling application for DRM Touch, now commercially available.
The Mobile Scheduling App provides donors access to their own personalized mobile donor portal, expanding their ability to schedule donations anytime, anywhere, through their Apple or Android device. Donors can easily schedule appointments, find donation locations nearby, view their appointments and donation history, and establish phone alerts for upcoming appointments from their smart phones.
"The need for blood continues to be a challenge, and solving this challenge starts with effective communication," said Doug Emig, president of Donor Dialogue. "Blood centers and hospitals must embrace all communication channels in order to improve donor recruitment and completed donations. By offering information through consumers' mobile devices, donation centers will improve operations and better maintain their current pool of donors."
