DRM Touch Expands Hemasoft's Solution in South America

AUBURN HILLS, Mich., October 4, 2012 — Donor Dialogue, a division of Dialogue Marketing and provider of products and services to help blood and plasma collection facilities be more efficient, productive and profitable, announced today that it has entered into a reseller relationship with Hemasoft, an IT Company specializing in Consulting, Development, Implementation, and Technical Support of Software Solutions for Blood Donor Centers and Hospital Blood Banks, Tissue Banks, Human Milk Banks, Clinical Laboratories and Anatomic Pathology Laboratories. By adding Donor Dialogue's donor-based CRM (DRM Touch) solution to its portfolio, Hemasoft can enable its customers to significantly improve their overall blood management processes.
