Auburn Hills, Mich. Feb.10, 2014 — Donor Dialogue celebrated another successful year which included new partnerships, new products and technical upgrades to its most popular product, the DRM Touch ™. As a leader in the blood and plasma recruitment space, Donor Dialogue once again touched hundreds of thousands of lives in 2013 through its telerecruitment and customer relationship management services.
In August, the DRM Touch Version 2.6 was released and went live at New York Blood Center. Some of the upgraded features in the latest DRM Touch V2.6 release include:
- Upgraded design and functionality of the donor portal
- Development of custom landing pages to simplify the donation process
- Promotional enrollment pages and easy to use HTML email templates
- Sophisticated integration with manual and predictive dialers
Puget Sound Blood Center, based out of Seattle, also signed on as a new DRM Touch client and went live in October.
In addition to DRM Touch ™ enhancements, Donor Dialogue's Mobile Donor Portal Application was selected by Michigan Blood, Delmarva Blood Center, and New York Blood Center. The app is fully compatible with the DRM Touch and was created and designed for donors to schedule appointments at their convenience, anytime and anywhere through the mobile phone. As of December, 2013 over 6000 donors have downloaded the app from either the Apple iStore or the Android marketplace!
2013 was also a good year for Donor Dialogue's call center services as well, adding Grifols to its client portfolio. Donor Dialogue will supply Grifols with 24/7, bi-lingual contact center services for donors that have questions, concerns, suggestions and complaints associated with their over 150 plasma donation centers in the United States. Donor Dialogue will also provide the customer relationship management system, DRM Touch ®, to log and manage the call outcomes.
Closing out the year, Donor Dialogue had actively participated in multiple blood center conferences and networking events including the Association of Donor Recruitment Professionals (ADRP) in May, The International Society of Blood Transfusions (ISBT) in June, and the American Association of Blood Banks (AABB) in October. The company also hosted its 7th Annual User Group meeting in Phoenix, Arizona. Over 30 DRM Touch users attended to learn about upcoming releases, exciting innovations in progress, and discuss priorities for the upcoming year.
Closing out a prosperous 2013, Donor Dialogue has big plans for 2014 to further assist hospital, blood and plasma centers to continue to fight to save lives through blood donation.
